Nicky found yoga in 1999, and Iyengar Yoga in 2009. Nicky’s classes are fun and challenging, building mental focus with physical strength. She teaches in a way that makes students feel supported to practice at their own level and capacity.
Nicky has experience teaching people of all ages and ability and has specialised in chronic fatigue syndrome, scoliosis, back pain and knee injuries. Experiencing Nicky’s clear and precise instructions enables people to practice safely and confidently with attention to the alignment of the body, bringing integrity and honesty to the practice.
For beginners Nicky’s teaching offers a great opportunity to create a solid foundation and for an experienced practitioner, a solid opportunity to deepen their practice. She feels yoga welcomes each and all and is 100% inclusive. Nicky is certified by IYUK (Iyengar Yoga UK) as an Intermediate Level 2 yoga practitioner.
