Liv discovered yoga 15 years ago whilst living in New Zealand. Returning to London she started practising with Katy Appleton of Apple Yoga, this was a turning point and her passion for the practice deepened.
Studying Sports Science at University, Liv was initially drawn to yoga for its many health benefits but soon found the spiritual and mindful aspects of the practice an even greater draw.
A qualified Vinyasa Flow and Hatha teacher, Liv’s classes reflect her style, a delicate balance of dynamic flow to gentle restorative sequences promoting space and softness. Layered with music, poetry and candlelight, classes are fun and inclusive.
Liv loves to travel, living in New Zealand for six years as well as Zimbabwe, and loves a trip to far flung destinations with her backpack.
