Jessica’s inspiration comes from the wonderful teachers she has met whilst working around the world. She teaches a fluid, strong but open level, very welcoming vinyasa style yoga.
Studying for a masters degree in Osteopathy gave Jess a great depth of Anatomy and Physiology knowledge. You can expect her classes to have a thorough alignment focus and also to help you understand why we practice and what we are trying to achieve.
Jess offers a lot of hands-on assistance and support in her classes, great if you are new to yoga and unsure where to start but also beneficial if you want to push yourself in a safe environment.
