Hello everyone and welcome to Yoga on a Shoestring's Summer 2007 newsletter.  We do hope that you are all enjoying the summer…whatever the weather!! If you haven’t managed to get away yet, or are still longing for a bit of warmth and sunshine read on… there are lots on offer coming up soon!

In November we will be returning once again to the beautiful and mystical homeland  of yoga, India. We have a new full package AYURVEDIC YOGA HOLIDAY at Oceano Cliff in Kerela where you can spend time immersed in a total detoxification programme as well as receiving daily massages and yoga classes all under the expert guidance of Ayurvedic doctors and yoga on a shoestring teachers’. This is a real opportunity to take time out for a mind, body and spirit MOT.

We have two exciting new holidays this year both set on the fabulous beaches of North Goa …one offers a more luxurious holiday staying in beautiful Indonesian eco-lodges by Mandrem beach and the other a more shoestring holiday in simple huts on Pernem beach with a lovely open air platform for yoga. Both holidays are set on the quieter beaches of Goa and are walking distance from a huge variety of restaurants and the fabulously creative nightlife of Arambol.
