| Some comments |

"This is Heaven on a Shoestring. I arrived in Dahab tired and depleted by life's stresses. The teachers have worked their magic giving us all a chance to explore yoga, diving and the magic of the desert. They are inspirational and I just hope they both live to be a hundred so I can keep on coming back for more". Hannah - tired mother of three, Stockwell, London. "We had never done Yoga before and didn’t know what to expect. We can only say it has been a phenomenal week. Sue and Kath (the yoga teachers) have created a wonderful space for beginners and accomplished yogi’s alike. Their loving kindness, thought, consideration and generosity has given me the most enjoyable learning experience. We have been moved so many times this week both emotionally and physically with this wonderful combination of yoga and discovering a very different part of the world. I highly recommend it for those wishing to start practicing yoga and those who already do…great food for the mind, body and soul." "I had a really great holiday. As a ‘yogi beginner’ I felt very cherished and like everyone else on the holiday, really appreciated the attention we received from the teacher. I came to realise that yoga is much more than the ‘Sun Salutation’…a practice which can affect your heart as well as your body. The location was perfect - with the Red Sea a step away from the hotel and an imposing wall of desert mountains behind us – you couldn’t find a better place to practice yoga or just chill out. The desert trip was a truly unique experience and quite awe inspiring." Alyson Rose, Chief Press Officer, Disability Rights Commission |
