A week long yoga and camping holiday - time to reconnect with nature

Temple Druid is set amid beautiful countryside, on the edge of the Pembrokeshire national park. About a mile from the nearest village, the estate encompasses 56 acres of grounds, including woods, a lake, meadowlands and freshwater springs. The house itself is one of the few remaining examples of John Nash's elegant design in Wales.

Mornings will begin with meditation techniques for the early risers, followed by the first asana class around 8.30-10.30 am. In the evening we will have a shorter mediation and restorative asana class.

We will take time in the evenings to cook for each other using the wonderful fresh and often organic local produce. Brunch will be provided after the first class of the day. You will have plenty of time to explore the 56 acres but there is also the Pembrokeshire national Park. Pembrokeshire Coast National Park boasts some of the most spectacular scenery and diverse wildlife in Britain.

In the evenings we will have singing, music and chanting around the campfire (weather permitting!).  If you have a musical instrument we would love you to bring it.  Guided meditations and visualisations during the day will also be available for those who wish.

The accent is on fun and rejuvenation - we do hope you will come and join us.
