Treat yourself to an unforgettable New Year this winter at the beautiful, secluded and grand stately home of Oxon Hoath. The programme
This four day retreat will combine an opportunity for quiet time, space, and long walks in clear fresh air, with yoga, pranayama, meditation, singing, dancing, creative workshops, massage, friendly company, fire-side chats and New Year rituals. What better way to let go of the old and bring in the new. Each day will begin with meditation and pranayama followed by a strong, flowing hatha yoga class. There will be two classes running simultaneously so all levels, from beginners to advanced are catered for. The evening yoga session will combine gentle stretching, restorative postures and inversions with pranayama and meditation. During the day there will be time for walking and relaxing as well as creative workshops. Evenings will be spent singing, dancing or simply chatting around the fire-side. Arrival time is on Wednesday Dec 30th from 2pm onwards and the welcome session begins at 5pm. We finish on Saturday Jan 2nd at 4pm.

There are some beautiful superior rooms at Oxon Hoath, available at an extra charge of £50per person for the weekend. Travel by car	Oxon Hoath, Oxenhoath Road, off Carpenters Lane, Hadlow. Telephone: 01732 811071 From M25 Eastbound: At the junction of the M25 and M26 (J5) take the A21 (South) towards Sevenoaks and Hastings. After about 9 miles take the A26 towards Tonbridge (not Tunbridge Wells). Stay on the A26 through the industrial outskirts of Tonbridge following signs to Maidstone and then Hadlow. Drive through Hadlow until you get to the Prince of Wales pub on your right. Take the left turn just past the pub, into Carpenters Lane. Stay on Carpenters Lane. You will pass The Rose & Crown pub. When you come to a fork at the end of the road take the left and continue on Carpenters Lane. Drive for about a mile pass fields and you will see a small crossroads sign.
