Oceano Cliff is a unique, peaceful venue, set amongst coconut groves, overlooking the sea on the unspoiled South Cliff of Varkala.. This Ayurvedic Beach Retreat offers its own secluded sandy bay, breathtaking sea views, a small pool, library, bookshop and internet access as well as a professional team of ayurvedic doctors and masseurs, an outdoor restaurant, beach bar and organised trips to explore the natural beauty of Kerala.
There are many things do to and places to eat in the lively town of Varkala . Trips to tea plantations, spice gardens, temples and wild life sanctuaries can all be organised for you by the centre. During our stay at Oceano Cliff we will have one yoga free day when you can enjoy simply relaxing, swimming, reading etc. or for those feeling more adventurous, exploring the rich and colourful land and culture of Southern India. |

THE DAILY PROGRAMME
We will begin our day with early morning meditation and pranayama in the outdoor yoga space overlooking the beach, followed by yoga asanas. The morning sessions will be a more dynamic class and the evening classes will vary, depending on the teacher, from restorative postures, to pranayama, chanting to meditation.Your Ayurvedic treatments include a variety of flexible possibilities that will be personally planned with you and the doctors, allowing you plenty of time to relax and rejuvenate, body, mind and soul.
The holiday includes: Return airport/hotel transfers, clean and high standard accommodation, all yoga classes, breakfast, dinner & specially prescribed ayurvedic food. All ayurvedic treatments, including doctors consultation, medicine (lab test if necessary,) massage and additional personally recommended treatments. AYURVEDIC INFORMATION
