Yuva is a delightful, secluded eco yoga centre set within 40 acres of pine
forest, overlooking the Aegean Sea. It is the perfect place to relax and
let go into a slower rhythm of life. The yoga space is outdoors and
overlooks the sea. There will be two sessions a day, in the morning a more
dynamic class and in the evenings a gentle, meditative and restorative one.
The accommodation is simple and rustic and all rooms are en suite. Delicious
organic vegetarian food is served on the terrace overlooking the sea.
As well as enjoying a deeply relaxing and healthy time, there is also the
opportunity for mountain walks, Turkish baths, boat trips and excursions
into Fethiye, the local port/town.
