The Daily Progamme
There will be two yoga classes a day. Mornings will begin with meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) for the early risers, followed by a short walk through country lanes to the local village hall for the first asana class around 8.30-10.30 am. In the evening we will have a shorter mediation and restorative asana class.

Arrival time on Friday 10th November is 3pm onwards. We will have our first yoga session together at 6pm. We will finish on Sunday 12th at 3pm.

Things to do
In this area of outstanding beauty there are many walks to go on - along the Thames, through the woods and in the Chiltern Hills. There is also the opportunity for swimming, punting and canoeing. A short drive away is Grey’s Court, a National Trust gardens and various picturesque historic villages. We will have campfires and possibly a sweat lodge, singing and dancing, delicious vegetarian food and plenty of time just to hang out and chat, meet new people, read, relax and enjoy being in community in natural surroundings.

Braziers Park itself is a community and residential school of social research and offers a friendly, informal and supportive atmosphere to visitors.
