Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences that have been practiced for thousands of years to bring harmony to the body, mind, and consciousness. In beautiful Goa we feel the spirit and vibrancy of India, the birthplace of Yoga & Ayurveda.
During our week together we will weave teachings and practices from the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda through asana practice, lecture, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, recipes and self massage with Ayurvedic oils. We will share our most cherished practices to sustain balance and connect with our peaceful inner essence.
You will learn about how Ayurveda is a practice of living in balance with your constitution, your environment, the elements and the seasons. You will learn how to evaluate your prakruti (original constitution), and vikruti (present constitutional imbalance) and learn routines and practices that will nourish you and enhance your well-being. This retreat is a beautiful opportunity to drop into yourself, deeply relax and be nourished in a truly delightful setting.
Dr. Aruna Viswanathan is a beloved Ayurvedic doctor who lives in Goa. She will be sharing with us in lectures and personal consultations. This is such a gift and a rare opportunity to be in the presence and learn from a masterful Ayurvedic physician.

This retreat is open to all levels of experience in Yoga and Ayurveda. The intention is to create a nurturing environment for you to move deeply into new and familiar practices.

The Yoga and Ayurveda retreat was an incredible experience. Tami is brilliant - a very kind and attentive teacher, and a local Ayurvedic doctor joined her in sharing Ayurveda. It was great to learn from someone so rooted in the tradition. Combining Yoga and Ayurveda was a very good experience, making me more aware of how my lifestyle affects my health, and the small choices one can make to improve it every day. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting to get deeper into their yoga practice and anyone who is interested in ways they can take responsibility for their own health!Adam
For me it has been a time of self-realisation. It has opened a lot of doors in how I see the world around my and why. Apart from this spiritual journey, I am keeping up with three Ayurvedic rituals every morning. Many thanks to you for the great time at the beautiful Satsanga Retreat.Julia
Invigorating, relaxing retreat with the delight of learning about Ayurveda too, Amazing opportunity to re energise, connect with like minded people and enjoy great food and sunshine! Heavenly!Rosa
Yoga and Ayurveda was another beautiful opportunity to share time and space with bunch of lovely people. As every retreat that I have been to with Tami over the past few years this one too was a truly healing experience. The elements of Ayurveda that Tami and Dr. Aruna facilitated during evening sessions was like a jewel in addition to morning yoga practice. A combination of both sister sciences given to us in one week was an inspiration for a lifetime...and with no doubts, there couldn't be a better place for that than Satsanga retreat, a little heaven on earth...I left Goa rejuvenated and dreaming of coming back again and again...Rafal
The Yoga and Ayurveda retreat was truly a learning experience full of spiritual growth. Tami is an incredible yoga teacher, and the yoga balanced well with what we were learning in the ayurvedic lectures and consultations. Dr. Aruna radiates light and I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from her and be in her presence.Allison
