Emma returns to Hazur Vadisi to offer a relaxing and sparkling week of asana, pranayama and meditation; a chance to connect to the calm and quietness within through the breath and the body. A highly respected teacher from the Isle of Wight, she has studied with David Swenson, Angela Farmer, Shiva Rea, Clive Sheridan and Nyrani to teach both Ashtanga, Sivananda and the Tantric approaches to yoga. This has evolved into an imaginative and flowing asana practice which improves strength and flexibility, whilst softening the heart. A wonderful opportunity to relax under the tuition of this vibrant yogini, this week will open body and mind.
Huzur Vadisi, which translates as 'Peaceful Valley', is set in the beautiful forested mountains along Turkey's "Turquoise" coastline.
A favourite venue for many, Huzur Vadisi is the perfect place to let go & relax into a slower rhythm of life.
Sleeping in a comfortable spacious nomadic yurt, from which you can roll back the roof to view the night stars, practising yoga in a beautiful outdoor shala, swimming in a natural stone pool and eating truly delicious vegetarian food, you cannot leave here feeling anything but refreshed, rejuvenated and deeply relaxed.
Afternoons can be spent snoozing beneath olive and fig trees, exploring the local village, visiting ancient ruins by river boat or simply laying on a beach.
With yoga twice a day, early morning meditation, fabulous food and the natural rustic comfort of Huzur Vadisi, this makes for a truly memorable holiday. |
